Round Britain Rally 2011

A fairly quiet year on the RBR front resulted in a second Bronze Award in 2011. The birth of our twins at Christmas 2010 severely curtailed the number of days I got out on the bike this year!This was also the first year I used two different bikes - following the purchase of a Triumph Bonneville T100 in August I used it on a couple of reasonably local rides to collect a few landmarks. One of the landmarks (Monmouth) was collected while on th eBrit Butt rally this year, and several of the Welsh ones were visited while taking part in the Welsh Rally - most notably LM75 Ty Mawr Wybrnant, memorable for the very narrow track and many gates across it which made it quite an epic in the wet.
